NICEIC

Daly is a member of NICEIC, the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body.

NICEIC offers certification services, Building Regulations Schemes, products and support to electrical contractors and many other trades within the construction industry. They have over 25,000 registered contractors on their books.

The aim of the NICEIC is to protect everyone who uses electricity from unsafe electrical installations in their homes, places of work and elsewhere.

Although enrolment of the NICEIC is voluntary Daly joined the scheme to demonstrate to customers and specifiers alike not only our level of skill and professionalism but also our degree of commitment to the electrical engineering industry as a whole.

In order to be accepted for registration the NICEIC looked at a representative sample of our electrical work, our premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of our key supervisory staff and we are re-assessed on a continual basis. As part of the NICEIC register you can be assured that Daly is:

• safe, competent and capable of meeting relevant technical and safety standards
• compliant with building regulations and able to self-certify our work thereby saving you both time and money
• backed by the NICEIC insurance warranty

To add further assurance to your decision to work with Daly the NICEIC operates an independent complaints procedure and a guarantee of standards scheme.
